  4. “ Bringing Dr. Bolger on board to grow your ENT department what is one of the best decisions you ever made. First, he's brilliant and ridiculously dedicated to his staff, residence, and patients. Second, this man goes above and beyond and everything he does, especially building the highest quality comprehensive clinic possible. You should fully expand this clinic by offering residency rotations and give them whatever else he needs to make that happen.I made the rounds of all the best ENT's in the state about 13 years ago when I was diagnosed with a rare sinus tumor so I feel qualified to speak about the difference between the practice Dr. Bolger runs (wants to) run for you and the practice everybody else runs. He's the best of the best.”
