But during this past visit, I felt she went above and beyond to explain my situation, connect to me on a level I had no problem understanding, and was cognizant of my concerns, and my ability to understand the situation. She even drew me a picture to explain why certain memories have been lost me. I have always had an excellent memory, so this situation is very frightening to me. I appreciated her efforts to make it more understandable.”
