About me
K.C. Balaji, M.B.B.S., FRCS, MRCS, LRCP, is a University of Florida professor of urology and a board-certified urologist at ÂÜÀòÉç Jacksonville. He also serves as chair of the ÂÜÀòÉç Department of Urology - Jacksonville, as well as program director of the Advanced Urology Fellowship training program. Dr. Balaji received his medical degree from Madras Medical College in Park Town, India. He completed his medical residency in urology at University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, as well as a fellowship in urologic oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, New York. Dr. Balaji is widely known as a pioneer in the field of robotic surgery. He is highly regarded as an expert in managing advanced urological cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testes and penis.
