HE PUTS THE PATIENT'S NEEDS AND WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THEM, SUCH AS PAIN AND UNCERTAINTIES AND UNCOMFORTABILIES AND THEIR INSECURITIES OF WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH AND HOW IT AFFECTS THEM AND THEIR OWN MINDSETS....
