Description
Take a walk, join the talk and continue your journey to better health with the 蹤獲扦 Family Medicine and Pediatrics Oakleaf team. Each walk begins with a brief talk on a health and wellness topic, followed by a one-mile walk through the community. You can stop by our education table to pick up free health information and resources. You dont need to be a current patient to participate.
You dont need to be a current patient to participate. All ages and people with differing abilities are welcome. First time participants will be asked to complete an information card, a survey and a liability form.
